個人情報の取り扱いについて
Handling of Personal Information

就活ハラスメント検討会が提供するサービスにおけるお客様の個人情報の取扱いについて、以下の通り定めます。

1.利用目的 Purpose of use

就職活動中の学生へのハラスメント行為に関する実態を分析するために利用します。
To investigate and analyze the actual situation regarding harassment of students during job hunting.

2.個人情報の第三者提供 Provision of personal information to third parties

法令に基づく場合、ご本人の同意を得た場合を除き、取得した個人情報を第三者に提供致しません。
In cases based on laws and regulations, we will not provide personal information to third parties unless we have obtained the consent of the person in question.

3.個人情報の取扱いの委託  Consignment of handling of personal information

集計した情報分析を行うために、個人情報に関し業務を委託することがあります。
委託先は、十分な個人情報の安全管理が図られるよう監督を行うものとします。
In order to analyze aggregated information, we may outsource work related to personal information.
The subcontractor shall supervise the safety management of personal information sufficiently.

４.個人情報の開示、訂正、利用停止等の申請への応対　Disclosure, correction, suspension, etc. of retained personal data

保有個人データの開示・修正・停止等、その請求等にご請求者がご本人あるいはご本人が委託した代理人であることを確認させていただいた上で、手続きを行います。
Disclosure, correction, suspension, etc. of retained personal data will be processed after confirming that the requester is the person himself/herself or an agent entrusted by the person himself/herself.
